New “Be Strong & Resilience” 10-Week Wellness Challenge for our community to join, starting April 22, 2024. You are all welcome to come join this free event, as an individual or a group/department. Let’s motivate each other & strengthen our overall health & wellness.
Now that the weather is hopefully getting warm, we will coordinate outdoor exercise. Attached is the flyer, if you can share with those who do not have access to email or the internet.
Registration Starts: April 15-20, 2024
Days/Times: Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm / Thursday-Friday 8am-6pm / Saturday 6am-10am
Location: POL Fitness Center
Health Screens & Measurements will also be taken.
